TEXT 1.1:
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ALLOTED TO VICARS-MAGESTAT, SUPERIOR AND INFERIOR

I. All Vicars-Magestat may:
a.) Aquire resources necessary to complete an official assignment from the body of Iaoth
OVERSEER'S NOTE: This one -- T1.1(I.a) -- does a lot of heavy lifting, power-wise.
b.) Give commands to members of the body of Iaoth, which must be followed unless superceded by a higher-ranking member of the focus of Iaoth
c.) Be privy to focus-only information
d.) Be privy to compensation for successfully completed assignments, so long as they are completed in a reasonable timeframe

II. All Vicars-Magestat must:
a.) Undertake assignments from the Overseer to the best of their ability

III. Inferior Vicars-Magestat must:
a.) Undertake assignments from Superior Vicars-Magestat to the best of their ability

IV. Superior Vicars-Magestat may:
a.) Enlist Inferior Vicars-Magestat for assignments within their jurisdiction
a.1.) Compensation for these assignments must be provided by the Vicar-Magestat to enact them
b.) Be entitled to a Vicarage, given success and Overseer approval
b.1.) Vicarages may include directly commanded Inferior Vicars-Magestat
b.1.a.) Inferior Vicars-Magestat in a Vicarage answer only to their commanding Superior Vicar-Magestat
b.2.) Vicarages may include land
b.2.a.) Land in a Vicarage is mostly only symbolically the property of that Vicarages' Superior Vicar-Magestat
b.3.) Vicarages may include land, directly commanded Vicars-Magestat, or both
b.4.) Vicars-Magestat in command of Vicarages may also be referred to as Senior Vicars

V. FURTHERMORE,
a.) Vicars-Magestat may be elected to their position, promoted, and demoted by the Overseer and the Overseer alone.
a.1.) This comes with the listed exceptions:
a.1.a.) Senior Vicars may enlist those not in the focus of Iaoth -- but in the body of Iaoth -- as Inferior Vicars-Magestat in their Vicarage
b.) This agreement may be expanded by the Overseer at any time, but may only be shortened with majority Council approval
b.1.) Vicars-Magestat may not be given authority above that of the Council or Overseer
